“I keep thinking about the original Little Mermaid tale (HCA, I believe). I have this image in my head of her dancing, and feeling like her feet are being stabbed each time, leaving a trail of blood behind her. But sadly, no artistic talent whatsoever. Also, is anyone else sad that mermaids have no souls and become foam instead? And maybe if they're good, they get to have a soul in a few centuries? I hate making myself sad on Fridays.”
