“I like the theme overall (given my DH's love for his "mud"). I think it might work better if instead of the green glow, it featured a heavily corroded spoon being lifted from the mug, and a very viscous sludge peaking and adhering to it. I would drop the "not intended for consumption" disclaimer and maybe make a more folksy title, like "Betcha never had a cup o' joe as strong as Uncle Jake's!" Maybe add something to that effect as a caption on the mug instead of the headline.”

“When an entire run through the track takes about 8-10 seconds, and at least half of that is the chain lift, you aren't going to get a good POV experience no matter how good the camera's optics are. If you absolutely must try to get the best possible POV footage from this thing, then you probably should use natural lighting. IE building this thing outdoors which admittedly isn't terribly practical. Otherwise for an indoor shoot, at least try to put more light on the subject and if possible try to construct a miniature forest and/or theme park around it rather than your kid's bedroom furniture as a backdrop. Honestly, just forget the video aspect of this and visit your favorite thrill ride(s)--Heck you could probably use the video car as a makeshift helmet cam with a little ingenuity. EDIT: Even then, without sound recording, you just get the guy in front waving his hands back and forth throughout the ride.. You don't get to hear him yelling "[expletive] yeah!" as well, which may or may not be a good thing.”
